Customer Inquiry & Requirement Analysis

We start by understanding your specific needs — including product dimensions, alloy type, surface treatment, and usage application. Our sales and technical teams work closely with you to offer professional consultation and recommend the most suitable solutions.

Quotation & Technical Confirmation

Based on the requirements, we provide a detailed quotation, technical drawings, and lead time estimates. For customized orders, we offer design optimization support to ensure performance, cost-efficiency, and production feasibility.

Mold Design & Development

For non-standard profiles, our in-house engineering team designs and manufactures extrusion dies. We ensure precision through digital modeling and strict tolerance control in the mold-making process.We source high-quality aluminum billets and conduct rigorous incoming inspections, including chemical composition analysis, to ensure all materials meet national and international standards.

Extrusion & Profile Forming

Using our advanced extrusion lines (ranging from 500 to 3000 tons), profiles are formed under controlled temperature and pressure. Each press is monitored in real-time via our MES system to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Surface Treatment

Profiles undergo various surface finishing processes — such as oxidation, electrophoresis, powder coating, or polishing — depending on the client’s requirements. Both matte and bright finishes are available.

Heat Treatment & Aging

To improve mechanical properties, profiles are sent to aging furnaces (up to 13 meters long) for stabilization. This step ensures dimensional stability and enhanced strength.

Cutting, Machining & Final Inspection

Profiles are cut to length, processed (if needed), and go through final quality checks — including size, appearance, hardness, and coating thickness — all managed under ISO9001 quality standards.

Packaging & Delivery

Products are carefully packed according to export standards and client-specific requirements. With our strategic location near Shanghai, we offer efficient delivery to both domestic and international markets.
