At our Changshu facility, we operate 6 high-performance extrusion lines ranging from 3000 tons to 500 tons, supported by oxidation electrophoresis production lines that deliver both bright and matte finishes. Our 13-meter aging furnaces ensure uniform heat treatment and enhanced mechanical properties. Every process is tightly monitored and verified under internationally recognized certifications such as ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environment), and OHSAS18001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

In our newly built Jiangsu Shangjia Aluminum facility, we’ve gone one step further — introducing digital control systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), U9 ERP, and Fanwei OA for real-time production management and traceability. This allows us to track each batch of material from raw aluminum billet to final packaged profile, ensuring complete transparency, consistency, and efficiency.

With 9 extrusion lines, automated oxidation lines, cutting machines, and multiple heat treatment furnaces, the plant is capable of producing highly customized aluminum solutions for clients across diverse sectors. Every year, our R&D team develops thousands of new products and continues to optimize production techniques in collaboration with clients and partners.
