FAQ

Our minimum order quantity is 500kg. For orders less than 500kg, a machine setup fee of 1,000 RMB will be charged.

We accept sample orders. We can provide 1-2 samples (with a length of approximately 50-100mm). The fee includes the mold cost plus a small amount of profile processing fee. The freight shall be borne by the customer.

The delivery time is divided into two scenarios:

  1. First orders: Mold production is required first. The total cycle = mold production cycle (10-15 days) + profile production cycle (15 days; for large batches, it will be calculated based on production capacity), totaling approximately 25-27 days.
  2. Subsequent bulk production orders: The production cycle is 15 days.

Customization is available. The customer needs to provide:

  1. Detailed 2D/3D drawings (marking cross-sectional dimensions, tolerance requirements, wall thickness, length, etc.);
  2. The application of the profile (such as construction, industrial parts, heat dissipation, etc.) to recommend a suitable alloy grade (e.g., 6061, 6063, etc.);
  3. Surface treatment requirements (such as anodizing, spraying, electrophoresis, etc.) and mechanical property requirements (such as hardness, tensile strength).

The quality complies with national standards. During the production process, the following inspections will be conducted:

  1. Raw material inspection (alloy composition testing);
  2. In-process inspection (dimensional tolerance, surface quality);
  3. Full inspection before delivery (mechanical property testing, salt spray testing, etc.).

The length can be customized. Conventional extrusion machines can produce profiles with a length of 3-12 meters (depending on the equipment tonnage and mold design). For profiles requiring anodizing treatment, we recommend a maximum length of no more than 6.5 meters. Short materials can be cut according to customer requirements (e.g., 1m, 2m, etc.) with a cutting accuracy of ±0.2mm.

Common grades and their characteristics:

  1. 6063: Easy to extrude and form, with high surface finish, suitable for construction profiles (doors, windows, curtain walls) and decorative profiles;
  2. 6061: Higher strength than 6063, with good welding performance, suitable for industrial structural parts (brackets, mechanical parts);
  3. 6082: High strength and good corrosion resistance, suitable for load-bearing components (e.g., auto parts, heavy-duty frames);
  4. 7075: An alloy with higher strength;
  5. We can recommend more suitable grades according to customer needs.

We will provide an FOB price. The price is calculated as: raw material cost (aluminum ingot price + processing fee) + mold cost (for customized orders) + surface treatment fee + miscellaneous fees (packaging, transportation, etc.). The aluminum ingot price fluctuates with the market (referring to the daily price on the Shanghai Metal Exchange). Generally, the quotation is valid for 1 month.

A 30% deposit is required in advance (for customized orders involving mold costs, the full mold cost must be prepaid). After the balance is paid, we will provide the telex release bill of lading.

 If the problem is indeed caused by our quality issues, we support returns or exchanges:

  1. Customers are requested to submit a written objection within 15 working days after receiving the goods (including customs clearance and inspection time) and provide clear photos/videos of the problem (marking the order number, product batch, problem location, and details);
  2. If the problem is indeed caused by our quality issues (such as excessive dimensional tolerance, substandard surface treatment, etc., which do not meet the agreed standards in the contract):
    • If there are subsequent orders, we will either replenish the goods in the subsequent order or deduct the amount from the payment of the subsequent order;
    • If there are no subsequent orders, we will arrange a refund based on the quantity of defective
